(1)  What is the minimum age permitted to rent a car from Colones Auto Rental?
        21 years or older.

(2)  What is the amount of deposit required on my credit card?
        A Minimum deposit is amount of $  750.00 is frozen on your credit card until the car is returned safely
        and undamaged. The deposit amount my vary depending on the vehicle class rented.

(3)  Can I use someone elses Credit Card for the deposit?
        The Credit Card must belong to the person who is renting the car. The owner of the credit card must
         be present at the time of the rental.

(4)  Can the rental car leave the country of Costa Rica?
        No, the car must stay in the boundries of the country of Costa Rica.

(5)  Do you charge taxes on top of the rental price for the car?
        No we do not charge any taxes.

(6)  Do you deliver the car to our location?
        Yes, we deliver to the San Jose airport or local areas of the central valley.

(7)  Can I add another driver?
        Yes, but they must be added onto the original contract and provide a current verified Drivers
        License.

(8)  What if I do not show up for my rental?  Will I still be charged?
       If you do not call to cancel the rental within 72 hours of the rental date you will be charged you will
       be charged a one day rental charge.            
(9)  Is there a car seat law in Costa Rica?
        Yes, children up to the age of 12 must be in a child restraint. Check with the car rental company as
         not everyone has them available.
