Payment Methods:

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discovery bearing the name of the Renter. 

Deposits:

The minimum deposit amount of $750.00 to$1,000.00 will be frozen on your credit card until the rental car is returned safely and damage free.  (This amount may vary dependent on the vehicle you rent)

Rental Requirements:

21 years of age or older
Must have a valid drivers license and passport
Minimum car rental period of  (7) Seven days
All Vehicles are restricted to use with in the boundaries of Costa Rica.
Vehicle pick up and drop off location should be arranged at the time of your rental reservation.
Minimum insurance requirement is Liability insurance (price is additional to rental rate)

Rental Period:

Daily Rate applies from 1 to 6 day rentals.
Weekly Rate applies to rentals 7 days or longer.

Gas:

Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered to avoid a refueling fee of $1.30 per liter.  (Rates are subject to change)

Changes or Cancellations:

Any adjustment or modification to the reservation may change the final rate.
To avoid any charges, cancellations must be received at least 7 days  prior to the scheduled rental start date.  If you call within 72 hours you will only be charged only one day rental. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm this so there are no questions or concerns.
If the vehicle is returned 5 hours after the scheduled return time, a full daily rate will be charged to your credit card.
Remember a no show to a rental company is a total loss of that rental. Once you have confirmed your rental with a credit card you are confirmed that rental. It is your responsibility to advise us of changes or cancellations.


Reservation Guarantee:

To guarantee a reservation, we require a valid credit  card.
